NBS announces legal entity name change

NBS is owned by Hubexo, formally known as Byggfakta Group. In October 2024, Hubexo restructured and began the global roll-out of the Hubexo brand across over 50 companies in 26 countries, including NBS. 

The new Hubexo brand reflects our commitment to working as one unified, global organisation - empowering our customers to maximise sales, streamline operations and build more sustainably. Our new name reflects our position at the heart of the global construction industry, connecting data, insights and innovation to shape the future of the built environment.

To reflect this direction, NBS will operate under a new legal entity name in the United Kingdom. This change reflects our ongoing commitment to growth and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers, partners, and stakeholders on a global scale.

NBS products will retain their current name.

• United Kingdom - Effective 12.02.2025, NBS Enterprises Limited changed to Hubexo North UK Ltd
