We caught up with hand dryer manufacturers Tekflo to find out more about its products and why they joined NBS.
Tekflo, part of the Buyrite Group, has been designing and manufacturing automatic hand dryers since 2008. Having recently joined NBS Source, we caught up with the Buyrite Group’s PR and Social Media Executive Katy Westwood to find out more about Tekflo. Here’s what she had to say…
We’ve been designing, manufacturing and selling innovative automatic hand dryers for over 12 years now. In that time, we’ve seen some significant advances in technology that have helped make our hand dryers quieter, quicker and cheaper to run.
To develop our marketing strategy and activity we wanted to find new places to position our product. Another important part of our strategy is to increase our reach with specifiers including architects, contractors, and specifiers, and we thought NBS would be a great way to achieve this goal. NBS allows our products to be seen by our audience 24/7, creating new opportunities for the Tekflo brand.
For some people, hand dryers can be a complicated product, with all the different price points, wattages, eco-friendliness ratings, aesthetics, and hygiene elements to choose from. One of our favourite features of NBS Source is that it allows people to search for products based on key product attributes, to help specifiers search for a handful of requirements in order to help them find the right product for their particular project.
